I’m Heather, and I set up Eden Accommodation to give businesses and leisure guests a better alternative. We provide hotel standard (if not better!) homes, – high quality, comfortable & cost-effective private properties for short-stays, throughout Northamptonshire.
Our dedicated team delivers nothing less than service excellence. From high standards of housekeeping, through to a streamlined reservations process. It’s hassle free.
We care about our planet so, where possible, we only use products & services that are planet friendly. From the toiletries provided in our bathrooms to cleaning products and renewable energy.

Frequently Asked Questions
You will be asked by your Guest Manager to confirm an hours window between 16.00 and 22.00 on the day of check in to arrive.
Once all pre check in information has been completed, you shall receive the key box code 6 hours prior to check in.
Children and infants are welcome at Eden Accommodation.
Unfortunately there is no discount or subsidy for them and they count as an extra person.
Unfortunately we do not provide travel cots or high chairs but you are more than welcome to bring your own for your comfort.
Parking is specific to each location. There will be at least good on street parking. Most of our properties come with dedicated and secure parking spaces.
Upon booking you will be asked to provide ID and sign T&Cs and House Rules via an online portal/ guest App.
If you find uploading the ID difficult please email your photo ID to hello@edenaccommodation.com
If we do not receive your ID or signed T&Cs your booking will be unfortunately canceled with any appropriate refund.
Your ID will be checked upon arrival by the Host to protect both parties.
